PDC Bit is shorted for Polycrystalline Diamond Compact Bit. It is a kind of common use drilling tool used in oil and gas, geological drilling industry.PDC Bits are designed and manufactured in two different structurally styles, Matrix-body bits and Steel-body bits.Matrix-body PDC bit is the diamond composite sheet through brazing welding on the bit matrix of a cutting bit. Bit matrix with tungsten carbide powder sintering, with artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet brazed in tungsten carbide matrix, with natural diamond gauge.Steel-body PDC bit is made of nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy. After heat treatment in the drill bit drilling, artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet pressed into (a tight fit) bit body, column shaped tungsten carbide gauge.The structure of PDC Bits are drill bit body, teeth, nozzles, gauge, etc.Diamond drilling bits and PDC Bits shall be furnished with the size and style pin connections. All connections threads shall be right hand.
